Welcome to the Moral Bags UK warranty, where we guarantee all our products against any manufacturing defects, covering materials and workmanship, for 3 years as long as they are used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

Our warranty covers everything from wonky zippers to fabric fails.  As long as you haven't been using your bag as a makeshift parachute or a wrestling mat we've got your back. However, sorry, melted zippers and fabric abrasions don't count – we're not miracle workers!  Also, overstuffing your bag may not only lead to a fashion faux pas but also leave you with stretched-out seams and stressed materials.

To make a warranty claim, remember to hold onto those purchase receipts tightly, we'll need to see them..  So, snap some clear pics, dig out that crumpled receipt, send it to us by e-mail at hello@moralbags.co.uk and we'll take care of the rest.
